At Magnum we provide comprehensive services for everything from frame correction and shortening to major frame rebuilds and refurbishments. All of our structural rebuilds – including component replacements – are completed by our hardworking structural department, while all structural modifications are completed by our in-house engineering team.

Major Frame Rebuilds

We understand that accidents happen. That is why our designated structural department is open seven days a week to help service your vehicle. Our highly skilled and trained engineering team is capable of handling all kinds of structural rebuilds from small modifications all the way through major frame rebuilds. Any frame straightening projects are handled in our dedicated frame straightening bay, while our in-house sandblasting and paint department is able to handle all coating requirements.

Frame Corrections

Magnum Trailer’s Riverside location houses a 60′ frame correction bay complete with a 20-ton overhead crane and custom-made hold-downs and connections. Our chassis and suspension correction system is specifically designed for working on heavy-duty vehicles of all makes and models, allowing us to provide our customers with an unlimited number of configuration possibilities and installation options. We are even capable of removing a diamond from a 53ft trailer.

Our dedicated team utilizes our range of tools to correct side sway and twisting with minimal disassembly of the vehicle. We are also able to adjust the correction system to raise and lower the chassis, making it easier for us to restore the vehicle to its original specs without any heat.

Wheel Based Alterations

We offer a wide range of wheel based alteration solutions to fit your need from shortening to lengthening your wheelbase, including drive line and air system modifications.

Magnum Trailer is approved by Transport Canada for their National Safety Mark for wheelbase alterations. We are also approved to handle final compliance decal installation.
