    Multi-Department Build for Shepherd’s Home Hardware

    When Shepherd’s Home Hardware reached out about this project, we were excited to get to work.

    This was a multi-department collaborative job between our Trailer and Service Departments, as we worked to custom tailor the rig to our client’s needs.

    Service Department:

    • Custom low pro truck deck for a hiab 408
    • Custom 8′ dunnage tray c/w light weight chain racks
    • Sliding winch and hooks
    • Center tie down and lumber dividers ,
    • Magnum slide out chain hangers
    • Custom fenders
    • Custom aluminum headache rack / truss holder c/w cab protector

    Trailer Department:

    • Quad axle flatdeck custom designed and built by Magnum to work with the tow unit, maximizing deck space and legal dimensions.
    • Full Intraax Air ride
    • Magnum heavy duty Rigatex composite decking
    • Removable, multi position center posts
    • Custom aluminum tool boxes
    • Under deck dunnage rack
